White City Living and Westmount White City, orchestrated by St James, embodies a complex and transformative development in London W12. As the main contractor, our comprehensive logistics package ensured seamless on-site operations, integrating with trade contractors through daily briefings. A self-sufficient waste management system, utilizing Enviro360 technology, reflected our commitment to sustainability and recycling goals.

This multi-phased project unfolds in a tight, urban setting, delivering a mix of retail, leisure, hospitality, and diverse accommodation. The logistical challenges are met with expertise in traffic and delivery management, considering the proximity to major arterial roads and extensive public transport infrastructure, including live London Overground, Underground, Network Rail, Crossrail, and TfL routes.

Our role extends beyond operations to encompass health, safety, and fatigue management, illustrated by the innovative Fatigue 360 system. With two apprentices from the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, we contribute to skill development and community engagement. Navigating sensitive stakeholder relationships, this flagship scheme not only brings interest and investment to London but also exemplifies our commitment to excellence, sustainability, and seamless project delivery in a well-connected and dynamic urban environment.
